Table for 2?
So much of these 2 little people are similar...they both like
stories read to them, Sprout TV, the cats, and each other's
sippy cups.
But there are some definite differences as well....
He would eat all day and she is a picky eater.
He is curious about electric outlets, cords, tv buttons
the dog's dish and how things work.
She carries around a dolly, likes stickers, is
content in her crib and in 18 months has never
bothered the cat dishes.
She lays still when getting her diaper changed.
He has a wrestling match with whomever
is changing his diaper.
She practices wearing bracelets.
He tries to pull off my necklace.
Some of this is about their stage of development,
of course and their gender,
but there are also little personalities forming here
and I'm so grateful I get to be an observer.

I love this! Andrew and Everleigh sound like the differences between Brody and Claire! Brody finds more trouble and never sits still.

ReplyDeleteHA! Don't sell Claire short, Beth. :) When she was his age, she got into just as much trouble! Funny that Everleigh has never gotten into the cats' dishes. Claire was CONSTANTLY getting into Sydney's food and water! Can't say I miss that!
