Everleigh (with her mom and dad) made her

first visit to our campsite on Sunday. It got really

warm outside so we moved indoors. Everleigh

does have lots (!) of toys but for some reason

this flip flop was much more interesting....

on Wed at Claire's house. GG Mieska joined them.

It was sort of like a 4-ring circus but everybody was

pretty well behaved and a good time was had by all.

Andrew's first visit to the camper

Andrew, along with his parents, visited our new

camper at our campsite near Red Wing on Sunday.

He was a very good boy.

If you're in the neighborhood...stop in.

We're at the Bay City, Wi city campground...a very small

campground right on a bay on the Mississippi. Across the river

from Red Wing and four miles south on Hwy 35.

born to Mike & Becky Swenson on April 25. I think this could
be the beginning of a beautiful friendship.

So here is Saturday morning when I meet Andrew.

He's a keeper!

It's a boy!

Baby Swenson arrived at 11:43 pm on Fri, May 7. After 28 hours

of contractions, the decision was made to do a C-section. Jesse had

worked hard all day and night and was exhausted, running a fever

and not fully dilated so they were prepared for this outcome.

Ben was in the OR with her and I was close by with lots of

prayers. I think you'll agree he was worth the wait. He

is perfect, his parents are exhausted but happy and his

grandparents are thrilled. He doesn't have a name yet

but they're working on it. He is in the nic-u (newborn intensive

care unit) as Jesse had a fever when he was born so

they were erring on the side of caution in case he has

an infection. But he is doing well and as you can see, so are Jesse

and Ben. Welcome to our world, little one!
