So we finally (!) had measurable, wet snow
a week or so ago so Andrew and I built
a snowman. Considering how long ago my
last snowman was, not a bad effort. He was
thrilled with his new "ming, ming", which
is what he calls snow...not sure why.
As of yesterday, the snowman was looking
pretty sad, what with the ice and rain we
had this past week, but he had a few
days of life....
Everleigh, Andrew and I are downstairs at
Everleigh's house while Briggs naps and
E has this toy "computer". She brings it out
and says to me..."Can I take your order?"
So I order a hamburger, ff and a chocolate
shake. She "enters" that in the computer
and brings it to me from her "kitchen".
Then she asks if I'd like a book so I order
a book about Octopus. Luckily, it was
in stock so she brings that to me as well.
But my next order for a fish filet ...
"sorry..we are out of that". Luckily
they had my book about princesses in stock.
And Briggs can't take my order or make
a snowman, but check out that smile and
those eyes!
