Catching up

Lately, I've been mostly posting pictures and
explaining with a few words.  Pictures are
great but a little further storyline might be
in order because these 3 little ones are
changing FAST!
Already, Everleigh is speaking in complete
sentences.  "Do you want to play with me,
Grandma Bunny?", "What is Andrew doing?"
(she says that a lot when he's around!),
"My mommy is at work."  "I want my...
show or book or juice or whatever it is..."
She is clearly putting thoughts together.
She told me the other day that she used to be
in her mommy's tummy and her mommy used to
be in Grandma Paula's tummy.  I asked her if she
knew that her daddy used to be in my tummy.
That completely stumped her!
Then we pretended that her zoo animals
were "sick" so she needed to get her
doctor kit and when I started helping
them with medicine she started calling me
"Doctor Bunny".

Andrew's vocabulary is growing as well.
He is very clear with "no"...usually "no, no, no"
as in "are you kidding me?"  He knows all his
animals and what they say.  He sings and
dances along with "Caillou".  Of course
he says, mama, daddy, emleigh (Everleigh),
Scott, gramma (or just ma!), and he
clearly understands what I am saying.
Sometimes he chooses to ignore it though.

And Briggs...
He has these amazing eyes that just grab you.
He looks at you like you're the only person
in the room in such a trusting, sweet way.
He's a chunk of love though....He's already
wearing 6-9 month clothes.  And sometimes he
sucks his thumb.  None of my babies
were thumb suckers and I don't think he will be
totally either, but once in a while he gets it.

All in all, a pretty good group to spend the week with...
