A special day

No, you haven't visited the wrong blog....that's Claire Docken

on Grandma Bunny's blog! That's because Claire and I

spent the day together...a special treat for me and I hope,

for her.

Let me just say I learned a couple of things about her:

1. She's quick! I was taking some pictures, turned my

back for a few seconds and my camera was in the

silverware tray of the dishwasher!

2. She likes to eat! Besides a really filling breakfast

and a lunch of waffles and clementines (plural) she

managed to snack frequently. She's a good eater

and not fussy at all.

3. She likes hide and seek if she can hide under

a blanket in plain sight (or if I can.)

4. While Everleigh can be rather easily distracted

with a new game or story, Claire stays on task

when she wants something!

5. So sweet...as you can see from my rather hastily

taken photos (once I retrieved my camera from the

dishwasher) she smiled easily, napped like an

angel and laughed at all my old jokes!
