Well, it's the first week of January and Everleigh and I are spending a lot of time indoors. Here are some things that Everleigh has been doing and I have been observing about her:1. She still wakes up happy.....even when she has a cold! Once she knows you have come to rescue her, she gives you a big smile.
2. She has had a cold since new year's but she's been a real trooper. She doesn't like to have anyone try to clear her nose or wipe away the snot, but she comes up happy after.
3. She is on the move! She rolls over occasionally (from front to back) but even when she's laying on the floor and doesn't roll over, she can scooch herself quite a distance.
4. She likes to have her diaper changed. Scott hung a new picture above her changing table (it's bright pink with yellow flowers and lady bugs) and she loves to lay and look at it....often talking and cooing to it.
5. She likes watching tv, especially commercials!....so vigilence is important.
6. I love how she grabs my finger and makes eye contact when she's having her bottle. It's like she's trying to memorize my face or let me know how much she appreciates the feeding.
Ami actually hung the picture in Everleigh's room after it sat for 3-4 weeks waiting for her daddy to hang it. :)
